He is a federally admitted lawyer of the Supreme Court of Somalia and a member of the Somali Bar Association, holding a Master of Laws (LLM) in Environmental Law from the University of Cape Town. His expertise covers criminal, civil, human rights, corporate, investment, environmental, and administrative law, with experience advising public sector institutions, supporting private sector actors, and engaging with NGOs to advance responsible investment and access to justice in Somalia.
